I'm still confused - if you're only allowed 18 foreigns - i.e. 18 non-English players, surely that's like saying you need 12 English players?
18 foreigns - ie foreign players over 21
6 home grown players
The rest of the squad can be made up by u-21s or home grown

I've just been going through my squad, I can't sell Shelvey or won't have enough homegrown players.
i think i will have to release 3 players but dont want to get rid of any of them

Lukaku could be going to stoke till Jan, good move IMO, he an adapt quickly and then play a bigger role after Jan. Have loads of CFs till then anyway so doesn't leave us short.
