BBC: Hello Mr LSTD, last night was the transfer deadline but we didn't see much movement from the club, is that dissapointing for you?

LSTD: No not at all. I am already very happy with the squad. We were looking to sign maybe 2 players, we only got one but that is not disspointing. We also wanted to send some players out on loan but at the final hour we changed our mind.

BBC: Your signing is Morgan Amalfitano, is this a big signing for the club? Also we have heard of interest in Alvaro Perriera is this true?

LSTD: When we heard that Morgan would be leaving Tottenham we acted fast, i told the board i wanted to add him to the side and they quickly came in with an offer and we signed the player. He will be a great addition he adds that extra creativity to a sqaud already full of flair and power, now i beleive we have the perfect mix to really challenge. We were in talks with Perriera who really wanted to come but unfortunatley we have been unable to make the deal happen, he is a fantastic player and we will consider making another move when we can.

SKY: You were unable to move any players out, does this mean some will have to be released?

LSTD: We will be sorting the final 30 man squad out tonight but i beleive we already have what we need. Callejon was close to a move away but we decided he can be an important player and he will stay with Eric Lamela staying on loan at West Ham. There is no problem.

SKY: Do you beleive you will be busy when the window reopens?

LSTD: My squad is fantastic, there isnt any major need to dip into the market but there will always be a player who comes along who you think is a perfect fit, if we find that player we will make an offer, at this moment i am happy with what i have and no one is going anywhere.

MIRROR: We have heard rumours of Eden Hazard's departure, can you give us any new information?

LSTD: No there is nothing at all, he is a Liverpool player and that is what is important.

SUN: You have Swansea next up, what are your injuries like and will there be a chance for rotation this week?

LSTD: The team was great last week, beating a very good Spurs side so there is no need for major changes. This will be a tough game, it is not the time to start alternating players, we will maybe go for a more attacking aproach and this could envolve a few changes but no more than 2 or 3. In terms of injuries, David Luiz picked up a back injury which has ruled him out for a few weeks, we remain without Alou and Oriol but the good news is Eden will return and could feature.

MAIL: We have heard a lot about some unrest in the dressing room, Jesus Navas seems to feel unwanted after not starting the last game?

LSTD: I cirtainly no nothing about this, he seems happy and ready to take his chances. Danny Sturridge had been good in pre season and we decided he and Douglas Costa were the right men to start last week, this week it could be different but he could also find himself on the bench, all he can do is prove to me he should start and i think he will do that.

hmm might be tempted to have lamela or dzegoev over ronaldinho to have the young pacy players on the wings

Dzagoev right or Central, swap him with Lamela, I would maybe also try and get him in the 1st XI somehow
