I can’t see past France.

Depends if KDB is fit. Lukaku is bang in form but Hazard is a shadow of what he was so perhaps their best chance was 2018. Spain will be underdogs as a lot of their games are at home and they’re in the best half of the draw. France and Portugal are faves for a reason though.

I don’t think so. A lot of their players are past their best and they’ve not got as many game changers from the bench as other teams.

Their defense is mediocre, attack is really good. It’ll be interesting to see if younger Hazard gets the nod over older one

The French group will be very interesting. Germany are home for all three games and Hungary are home for 2 games so Germany will have an advantage over Portugal and France.

England have appointed Graeme Jones to Southgate’s coaching staff. He was Martinez’s assistant and the real brains behind the operation. He’s also responsible for keeping Newcastle up after actually coaching them to play football. Looks like it’s coming home.

But with three potentially going through, this should only really be a Group of Death for Hungary. Would be very interesting if it was only the top two that qualified.
