It wasn't a red though.
I'm a United fan who was going for Everton today as you can imagine, but he was caught heavily by rodwell although it was never a sending off and jagielka clearly brings him down for the pen, so lets behave shall we

It was a penalty but the red card incident wasn't even a foul. Rodwell went in with one foot, no studs up, and clearly poked the ball away before making minimal contact with Suarez. For me, the ref shouldn't have even blown the whistle, as most players in Suarez's situation wouldn't have even gone down.
Then again, what else do you expect when the worst ref in the league is in charge...
