Depends on how your new manager sets you up. Lukaku guarantees goals, but as we saw at United, he has limitations with other aspects of his game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed, he isn’t anywhere near as good as Harry, but he is guaranteed to get you goals

Wouldn’t go that far mate. I would say 80/20. Levy didn’t even try deflecting it.
reckon 80/20 he stays tbh

he didnt make reference to it at all, and why would he? nothing to gain by getting drawn into discussions on individual players.
doubt anyone will put up the money in the deal structure that levy would require, so most likley scenario is kane has to run his deal down to 2 years, the price falls, and he goes next summer.
If Kane goes it's gonna take £150 million to do it, that money along with the squad players sold should help build a pretty strong squad.

i am not as strong as 80/20 but think its probably 65/35 that he stays.
Don, without CL football, you are not going to get a top striker of the calibre of Lukaku. Kane wants to leave because he wants CL football, so why would any top striker join Spurs.
I still expect Kane to be with Spurs next season. Levy will not let him go for less than £150 million or upwards.

No, but usually Levy says we are not looking to sell our key players. He didn’t even go down this route. Harry is off for me. I’m more than annoyed with the situation, but I have come to accept it
Lukaku (expensive) or Lewandowski (cheaper) would be the only options for me.

Agreed. Kane will only go if there is in all probability a world record transfer fee on the table. Anything less, and he will have to stay.
And the way he performed for England the other night, he may have trouble leaving Spurs.
one thing we know is that he wont be sold at an undervalue. the question is will the new DOF spend the money wisely, if he does go.
im pretty zen about the whole thing tbh, as long as he goes to city. united or chelsea and i would be furious, but its city or nothing i feel.
levy will fack chelsea off, and united have other priorities (sancho)

Yeh and who’s fault is that Sandy that we didn’t get CL footy ? Mourinho partly to blame but your man Levy didn’t equip us with anywhere near good enough a defence last season

even if we got CL kane would still want to go. his desire to leave is linked to winning trophies, not to playing in the CL...

Why would either come to play for Spurs with no CL, when they have guaranteed CL where they already are?
I want to believe Harry stays. I just don’t think he will.

Premier league football is a huge pull and money talks Sandy. If we did have the money for Kane, we would have the funds to purchase a Lukaku etc

Inter are skint and need to sell
i would definately want to bring in 2 or 3 established players that know the prem, and then probably 2 hot young talents from across europe (this is hopefully what new DOF will be good at )
