Did Giggs have a league campaign
If you manage for the last three weeks is that one too.
Where does it become ridiculous to say it's a league campaign.
And don't let's have changing the terminology agaon
This season should be the crunch for Ole.
Must challenge for the title, must win a trophy. Fail to do either and he shouldn't be afforded a 5th season.

If you want want to pretend him managing us for 2/3 of the 2018/2019 campaign doesn't count then fine.
Those in the real world however will accept it does count, and that the the upcoming season will therefore be the 4th season in which Ole has managed United.

'Shouldn't' isn't the right word, 'won't' is more accurate.
Fergie won the FA Cup at the end of his third full season, but Martin Edwards and Bobby Charlton are both on record as saying his job didn't depend on that. He came sixth the year after.
Times are different now though, doesn't matter if the team's on the right trajectory, he'll get the boot without a trophy.
Good league position
Good run in the cups
Good play
Should keep him in his job
Fail on any and goodbye

What I actually said was that he had managed United in 3, soon, to be 4 campaigns. He had and will be.
I didn't mention how long each season was until somebody started pretending he didn't manage us for 2/3 of 18/19.
The fact that this has to be explained repeatedly means you are either dim, or reluctant to accept that Ole had 2/3 of 18/19 in addition to the 2 following full seasons.
Also, if you really don't think part of a season counts, one of you needs to let Tuchel know it was Lampard, not him who won the Champs League with Chelsea.

Because he will have been with us across 4 seasons. Notice I didn't say years. Blimey.
The implication was that he had been manager for four seasons. To be accurate or rather truthful you should have said after three and a half seasons

19th Dec to 12th May isn't 6 months
If you're getting all pedantic about it, he wasn't appointed manager until 28th March, which gave him about 7 weeks in the job during 2018/19.
It's a daft argument anyway, he was brought in to steady the ship and keep things ticking over at first, not appointed as the new manager.

To Jan 19th, 1 month
To Feb 19th, 2 months
To Mar 19th, 3 months
To Apr 19th, 4 months
To May 19th, 5 Months
Appointed 28th March, so less than 2 whole months as manager though.
