I’ve never done anything like a serious triathlon, of course, but a few years back I would combine two or all three types of exercise in a workout and the transition alone is hard. Running after you’ve been on a bike, for instance - your perception of distance and speed is really skewed. And I always used to finish in the pool to cool off

Oh right I thought it was going to be about mid-20’s. Will be interesting to see how effective these cooling systems are in their stadiums.

Even though Qatar's winter is not terrible, i still think its gonna be odd for the players in Europe going from being acclimatised to lows of single digit temps and playing in mostly around 10C to then playing in 25C
