bellingham another was playing for birmingham
All the best coaches and players are at the big clubs, not Derby County.
Think of how many players have been loaned out and then made the first team (you can use any club as an example). It's a vanishingly small percentage and that's for a reason.
what did vvd do kick the floor? seemed to stumble
Virgil just kicked the floor

oh right i guess thats why mane and salah made it.
think of how many of the top world class players started off at big clubs opposed to smaller ones with lesser coaches and players.
Look at who we loan out and where they are now.
Look at who we don't loan out and where they are now.
Did you see Iniesta and Xavi getting loaned out at 16/17 when they were not playing? Gerrard? Lampard? Rooney? Messi? I could go on and on and on.
I'm sorry but you're wrong on this.
Rooney was playing for everton at 16 ffs, in the prem, will gordon?
Rooney probably not the best example but luckily I have literally 100's of other examples.
well i could look at the rest of them and they were probably playing too gerrard played 12 games in his debut season at 18?
then went on to play 29, as i said if theyre playing its fine, but if not elliott and gordon look too good not to be playing first team competetive footy.

Right, so why wasn't he loaned out at 16/17?
Why wasn't Trent.
Honestly, loaning is not for experience in the vast majority of occasions
Bellingham was £30m
Ox can’t half hit a ball, such a shame he’s made of glass!

its harder to get game time in the bigger teams thats natural but that just highlights the positives of loans again so i dont really see your point
HBSC 6 shots. 4 on target. 4 goals. That’s awful by us.

The point is that good players don't get loaned out. They stay training with the best players and best coaches and best managers otherwise all the best players in the history of football would have been loaned out when they were teenagers and they're simply not.
Elliott and Jones will probably get eased in more this season, play a handfull of games, but Gordon won't, just like Eliott last season. But hes clearly very talented and could easily be loaned and play championship football like Elliott.

Elliot is an exception to the rule I guess and we will have made some cash from it but it's exceptionally rare for a reason.
Nice to see VVD and Gomez back.

idk where you came up with this as a thing, i never claimed it. But most the top players started off either on loan to lesser clubs playing or playing for them in the first place. The vast majority of players. Not everyone can play for the big boys and its harder to break into their team so it makes sense the vast majority start elsewhere, the lesser coaching ability and playing with lesser players contributes fack all the the vast majority either, if theyre good enough they get signed up and move their way up as they gain exp and get older they develop naturally.
