I'm not sure a lot of that is true. Look I am willing to see examples of the top players in the history of football being loaned out at 16/17 but I can count them on one hand anyway.

infact its only the recent training ground move means the kids are anywhere near the top coaches and players.

Yeah, I think we just need to see the examples really but there aren't any of note and that's for a reason. Not much more to be said on it.

I'll be very surprised if Gordon is loaned out based on what we have seen so far, he looks quality,

Training is the most important thing in football by far.

i have my doubts he will be loaned too, id like him to be though if hes not gonna get games for us, but i understand theres reasons to keep him. Hes new and maybe they want to familiarise him with things such as our system etc which is similar if not the same at all levels.

theres no rush hopefully hes tied down to a long contract cause he does look promising like Elliott still very young and we know how hard it is to make that step up even with all the talent in the world.

Anyway good pre season work out tbh. credit to hertha for making it difficult too.

i dont think he doesnt take it seriously, hes had his hands tied behind his back with fixtures, not to mention first round prem opposition whilst city play non league until the semis.
