Vidal - it sounds a terrible situation.
Really hope that Morris finds someone interested in buying him out soon, or things could get even worse.
No-one wants to see Derby do a 'Coventry'.
Good luck.

Great summary Vidal
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, excellent Vidal but in terms of stadium facilities etc yesterday, alarming. It really does seem that MM has given up or at best will only undertake the bare minimum. If only he would come out and address the supporters as a whole via, eg, Radio Derby and explain.
While WR lacks dignity in his private life he is showing plenty of that in his approach to managing this shambles and he deserves our full support.
I agree that we are horribly short of strikers and centre backs. Where was Stretton yesterday? I do have high hopes for him. But every time Stearman or Davies went down in a heap I was fearing the worst.
Somewhere, in that squad, is a hero.
Some hope for sure. I did not expect much yesterday but got more than expected so a positive.
CB back up. Bird too at a pinch, played their initially I think.
Wide men is a toughy unless we can push the opposite full back to play up high n have the winger push into attacking MF. Watson I think could do this Joz n Festy not so much, more your outside wingers. Knight perhaps when he comes back.
CF TL can play the false 9 n maybe Sibley number 10.
None of it is ideal. N none of us have the answers. I guess a lot depends on our submitted accounts n how many appeals the EFL want before they get their way. Not sure Mel's bank balance but I imagine the EFL are the meat in a lawsuit challenge between Derby n Gibson Wanderers on the other side. Feel like an inquiry into how the EFL has dealt with this is the least football clubs deserve.
I guess the best case scenario would be new accounts deemed un-appealably okay. Transfer embargo lifted in the next few months which might allow us 1-2 emergency loans til January. New owners come in once the EFL are off our back n then season starts January. Damage limitation till then.
If the EFL appeal again our accounts I feel like there has to be a little give from the c^^^^s at least in the emergency loan dept.
Maybe owners are waiting to see us đŚ before being our saving boom. đ¤ In which case it might have been better for us to go down last year.
I think it'll be much of a muchness as we are. Okay defensive shape but the ball keeps coming back cos we don't really know what to do wity the ball when we getting it. Ravel might offer us a bit of link up.
In other news Coventry looked quite impressive. Had two clear pennos denied, bossed possession n should have won 4-0 had they not sloppily given the ball away on the edge of the opposition area.
Maybe worth a playoff punt đ¤
Bob Ope for me,every time.
I think a crowd of 16,000 was impressive for saying what's gone off over the last 18 months. This number should improve over the coming weeks / months....but maybe not recover to the previous heights for a long time.
The concourse services etc will be closed due to not wanting people to gather under cover .....and makes sense under the circumstances.
The biggest grievance I have is not being told what's going off. I get the impression that Mel has lost his bottle and is just burying his head in the sand. Equally this talk of a takeover is (I feel) hot air. It's a buyers market atm and who in their right mind would buy a football club outside the Premiership....let alone one that's on its knees - unless it was for a bargain price. ie £1.00....but you take over the debts.
To close I'm hugely disappointed in Mel. I thought he was better than this......UTR
Grosicki's name mentioned today as a possible link to DCFC given he's been released by WBA. He's a player I've championed a few times for our squad in the past and given his experience would be sound for Jozwiak to learn from.
Not entirely sure how we're supposed to be bringing all these players in? We still have Jags, Tom Carroll, Sam Baldock linked with us and only Marshall possibly leaving at this present time.
Hearing on the Twattersphere that Jozwiak is going....????
If a fee for Jozwiak would allow other signings then I see the logic. We have not seen anything like his Polish form. I think he does well in his defensive work but either he won't take on his man or we don't get the ball to him in the right areas to allow him to do so. I reckon he is potentially a very good player but maybe it is just a question of the right player at the wrong time.
Saw a rumour this morning and seems to be gathering pace on Twitter/Twattersphere that he may be off to Turkey. Galatasray the club mentioned to have taken an interest.
I will give him a lift to the airport if he needs
You're a harsh man Griff. He seems a decent lad, tries hard. If he goes then good luck to him. If we get some cash to improve the squad then everyone's a winner.
€5.5M the apparent asking price.
That should keep HMRC quiet for a week or two.
Shame that a percentage of our fans are so incredibly impatient with signings from overseas and can not give them 12 - 16 months to settle.

So Desi, you get a new job (one that you are experienced in, internationally even), you try very hard for a year and produce very little end-product...........
Does your boss pat you on the back and give you another six months to turn it around?
Square pegs and round holes I think, he looks (half) decent in a decent team, which unfortunately we're not ATM.
Well we have stuck with you all this time, Scouse. I for one still have hopes that you might come good.
