Shame that a percentage of our fans are so incredibly impatient with signings from overseas and can not give them 12 - 16 months to settle.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So Desi, you get a new job (one that you are experienced in, internationally even), you try very hard for a year and produce very little end-product...........
Does your boss pat you on the back and give you another six months to turn it around?
Square pegs and round holes I think, he looks (half) decent in a decent team, which unfortunately we're not ATM.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think you need to add to that scenario, you're unable to see your parents, can not travel back at all to your home country. You see a good friend of yours get severely injured at work, the company you work for stop paying you through no fault of your own.
Your manager is sacked and a novice manager takes his place.
I believe there's plenty of fatcors there for the business to give the employee time to adjust. How about you?
I desperately want all Derby signings to succeed, but Jozwiak is like the bloke in the office with a clipboard, who always seems to be busy, but doing nothing in particular.
Ssshhh.....that's plenty of us on a Monday whilst WFH.
I must say that, when watching Jozwiak, I am not at all sure what his role is - winger? midfield? striker? free role? I also wonder if the lad himself knows what he is supposed to be doing.
I am sure however that we are yet to see the best of him and for that reason I would be sorry to see him go. On the other hand a good transfer fee should be useful in some way or other and a sale would free up a pro space.
Jozwiak career record at Derby is 1 goal in over 40 games. When does his settling in period end after 80 games?
The problem is, he is no worse than the rest.
If we'd kept Albentosser he would be just coming good, as long as he'd got his insoles.
Give Te Wieik another year and he will come good.
Jozwiak is totally and utterly useless and don't forget all those Polish pilots who did so well in the Battle of Britain, they had a much more unsettling times.

Losing Jozwiak would be a bigger loss than if Lawrence were to be moved on I feel.

Get rid of both, I wonder how much we'd get?
I can’t see how Jozwiak can’t say he hasn’t settled in Derby have you seen how many Native Poland shops there are in Derby
Yes, during the lockdowns he could at least have walked past the closed shops and that would certainly have helped him to settle into the area. Who needs friends and family?
I think Roos deserves a vote of thanks for sticking with DCFC through thick and thin times (mainly thin). He has never let us down and made some smashing saves and very few mistakes. Well done Kelle, you are appreciated.

Are you for real? All the polish food shops were open during lockdown

He’s still at Derby because nothing better came up for him. He cost us big time at Wembley

I hope that you not seriously saying that if you are of Polish heritage then the presence of one or two Polish shops in the area means that you should have no trouble settling in during a global pandemic that means you are separated from family and all of the people that were previously a part of your life. FFS.
Which one of your three choices now Vidal?
