Let's hope Rangers identify as many as possible and take their tickets away.
Shouldn't be hard to track down the perpetrators.
likely to get a ban for life at football, a criminal conviction and maybe even lose their job
You wonder what goes through folks heads at times
Jfk made a good point re taking the word Celtic out of the statement and just saying “players have suffered similar racist abuse…”
Every support have their morons and every clubs players have been on the receiving end.
Every episode like this being highlighted is a good thing though - it’s how society learns (albeit slowly) what’s acceptable and what’s not.

Drink, bravado, safe with their own, young and stupid etc, etc etc. Good to see all decent fans calling it out..Depressing also that some people's go to is to want the person who recorded it and put it on social media head kicked as as cause what happens on the bus stays on the bus, they are as bad as the ones recorded. I look forward to another week of what aboutery and them ums.
Of course this is only news because of Kyogo. The standard anti Irish racism wouldn't have made the papers. I think that's why the Celtic statement is worded as it is. I have no doubt that these clowns would have been outraged about what happened to Glen Kamara.
The Nakumara song rehashed and now outdated by another 10 years.
The other stuff is genuinely appalling and bang out racist.

A club steeped in racism and hate for as long as I can remember
the whole 'it's a minority' or 'they aren't real fans' has to stop
disgusting club

This pash is part of the problem.
Call it out
Stand closed due to racism
Captain had to write a letter to fans to ask them not to boo taking the knee
thousands in George Square singing about being up to their knees in Catholics blood
Its about individual responsibility.
There's blue, green, red, tangerine whanks. Blaming the clubs at this point in time is going backwards. It's no fault of yours that that BNP tadger was a Tim, no fault of anyone but him in the end.
I would assume there has been campaigns for diversity and inclusivity across the game. The issue is much deeper.

So because there are perpetrators linked to the club it's the club to blame?
how long had it being going unchallenged though?
these songs have been on the go for decades
The song about Naka was racist then, it’s racist now about Kyogo.
The other stuff is also appalling but hardly surprising from uneducated morons.
There are people also more concerned about the fact someone filmed it, I truly despair.
The wee man hasn’t even played them yet and they’re worried

I think if you are for blaming the clubs for the acts of perpetrators linked to clubs you're on some very shaky ground.
This board have been the most proactive in this regard as any. I don't really want to get into the whataboutery of it but people in glass houses..you cannot blame Rangers as a club and think your own are squeaky clean. They have a convicted racist on the payroll.
On issues such as this we should be using the same logic for both sides or you end up becoming part of the problem.

On the song I don't know if it is personally although i'm probably not the one to judge.
Tired stereotypes yes but is it explicitly racist? In the category with calling from someone from Scotland tight as tired old schite patter. Maybe it is worse fook knows i'm no expert.

And Glaswegians can give nobody stick about firing into whales.
I'm genuinely surprised at some of the responses I'm seeing to this - both on here and elsewhere.
I'm not one for wanting guys to lose jobs over something like this, but there has to be some form of punishment for it.

The problem with moral high ground is that Celtic's is built on sand.
Nothing on the Bitton abuse
Nothing on the decades of orange b*stard chants as far back as Walter Smith's time
Nothing on hanging effigies
Nothing on the 'h*n scvm' banner
the whole 'it's a minority' or 'they aren't real fans' has to stop
disgusting club
That's how this work's right?

Pretty straightforward.
They get banned for life and the Police can charge them with an appropriate crime.
They may lose their jobs based being charged, etc.
Depends who they work for I suppose.
Not surprising in the slightest the wee man is being targeted already from that scvm.
The amount of racist footage on trophy day recently, nothings ever gonna change. The 'minority' argument is embarrassing. Club is steeped in it.
Time to ban all those stupid walks. Nothing but a forum for bigotry and intolerance
