For Spurs sandy. I’m not talking about Greaves record with chelsea etc he’s only 40+ away from achieving that at Spurs. If he has a stellar of a season, why not ?

248 goals, 113 away from the record so still some way to do that and probably needs 4 or 5 more seasons.

If Kane gets 46 goals this season in all competitions, he beats Jimmy greaves record. Extremely hard, but definitely achievable

Kane has scored 166 Prem goals
Greaves scored 220 1st Division for Spurs plus 124 for Chelsea, and a few for West Ham

Kane has scored 237 career goals
Greaves scored 447 career goals

So even if he beat Greaves individual Spurs scoring record, he hasn`t got a hope in hell of ever beating Greaves career total.

Jimmy for me still the greatest ever British goalscorer, whatever Kane does.

Will anybody overtake Antonio’s 50 PL goals at West Ham though.

The good news is we've got Kane for another season. The bad news is we're only going to have to endure this next summer as I can't see a scenario in which we do anything that makes Kane want to stay.

True but by then we will have a better understanding where we are at as a club. We will have a year to potentially getting his replacement in rather than a month. It’s definitely a win for us this scenario. We keep Kane and have managed to avoid bending over for City. Something you love too see
