Looking forward to it. Can't fault the effort. If players aren't good enough they can't help it but Rooney is squeezing everty drop from what's available so I will be right behind them as usual.

I wonder if we may see Joz and Knight starting with a rest for Sibley and Morrison.

I would hope Morrison will play. Too good to leave out esp at home. WR said Allsop will be in goal.

The Sun (for what it is worth) is suggesting the players will be asked to take a wage deferral of one third, the deficit to be paid presumably when funds are in place. I understood the admors said that they would have access to loans to pay wages so a deferral may not be relevant.

Mornin' all, not going tonight as I am saving my petrol. No train to get me home unless I leave well before the final whistle.

There is plenty of petrol but as usual we go into a panic when a few BP stations were getting low on stocks. Must stock up on bog roll.

Wouldn't surprise me if this panic is to get us to buy electric cars.

Neither have we - its all in the past now, forgotten, nada, never happened.

Now we move towards our sunny uplands.

Morning View and thanks for the excellent thread as ever. Morning all too.
Yes looking forward to the game. I remember last season getting beaten 2 0 at home by Reading - and at the time they looked useful. That said we WERE awful during that final Cocu period. I dont think Wayne has much leeway with changing the team around but I fancy Joz to start ahead of Sibley who's looked a bit jaded IMO of late. That said everyone else should keep their shirt. Yes Morrison has not been as quite as effective as previous games but should start I feel. Good to hear that CKR, Bielik and Festy should be back in training after the break.
Up the Rams....

Panic buying is a rational act. If you need personal transport then ensuring your supply of fuel is paramount. If something happens better to join the queue than risk being without fuel. Once BP made their announcement then anyone in that position would go immediately to buy fuel. It is only human nature, This government blaming people for doing what they can, to protect their interests, (one of the key "virtues" Tories live by) shows how out of touch they are with even their own supporters.

Awash with fuel here in Ireland, bath in the stuff every night! Don’t worry folks, Bono will do an aid concert and we’ll organise volunteer fuel parcels (2 peat briquettes) for the winter 😀
