Sheriff Pepper will probably become a Newcastle fan now.
Would be hilarious if they took over now only for the current squad to get relegated before they can make an impact.

Howe would be a pretty good choice actually for where they are right now.

Would he? He spent a lot of money at Bournemouth on some incredibly average players and then wasn't good enough to alter his play once opposition had worked his team out. Really not sure he is held is such esteem.

Bournemouth's stature is a lot worse than incredibly average though when you look at it. With these players, he was responsible for top half finishes along with many in mid-table, which can be deemed a great success for a club like Bournemouth with the players they had.
A lot of injuries to key players probably culminated in their relegation as much as style of play. It's very difficult to change your style when you don't have the players to change it with.
