I think if we actually wanted Conte it would've been doe after the Liverpool game. Not sure we needed to lose to Tottenham as well before the owners decided they wanted Conte over Ole.

Just hope whoever it is they actually do want is the right man.

Unknowable but surely Ole was gone with a Spurs loss

you seem pretty sure that you knew that

Ole has pulled of the ultimate con. He won El-Sackico and see's Conte replace Nuno while beating Spurs playing the Conte formation.

He wouldn't have been sacked anyway, the fans have no standards so The Glazers aren't under any pressure to improve the club.

Glazer out protests were stopped by 10k selfish waaankers who couldn't help but line their pockets for a dead rubber against relegated Fulham.

Getting a decent manager? No thanks they'll sing his name while 5 down to you lot.

But they insist they aren't at fault, ok....

while I think that Conte would be a fantastic appointment, I think many on here underestimate how much work there is to do to get spurs competing for top 4 again. the table suggests we are not far off... but we are in the bottom 3 for virtually every meaningful in game stat. chances created, distance covered, goals scored, etc etc.

even with Ole United should really get top 4 this season

Its called being a supporter. Just because you support the team and manager whilst the game is being played, it doesn't mean that you agree with everything that is going on at the club.

The biggest club in the world happens to have the only fanbase in the world that thinks supporting the manager = supporting the club. If a manager is quite clearly not good enough for this level, you do not need to blindly support him and pretend he is good enough. That's the exact opposite of supporting the club.

Cheering mediocrity doesn't make you a super fan, it makes you a doormat.

You need to learn to read properly and stop putting words in people's mouths. People might take your seriously then, rather than a minor annoyance.

Some folk are trying to reunite the fans, they'll say things like,

'We all want the same goal, for Utd to be successful'

Here lies the problem,

If you're supporting a bloke who's brought nothing but failure whilst you fund the Glazers then you're enabling failure to thrive.

Like I said, there is a difference between supporting the team when the game is on and what you might think away from the game. We have seen over the years that no matter what the fans do, the Glazers don't pay any attention. If you want to keep on fooling yourself then you can make a difference then crack on.
