I wonder what NES thinks of it all.
The look on his face towards the end of it all looked like a man ground down by a 35 year marriage to an ultimate Karen.
But to answer your question, just for that City win alone, he ranks above Gross and Santini.

Yeah. Watched aunties get battered by Liverpool and as embarrassed as you could tell OGS was he still looked like he had some fight in him.
Compare that to NES on sat - he looked completely shot.

Most of us called it. Said he was a terrible appointment who wouldn’t last five minutes, a placeholder appointed out of desperation because he was cheap and available.
Have to admit even I didn’t expect him to be out of the door this quickly, but it was absolutely the right thing to do. I called for his sacking after the Arsenal game and I don’t accept that that was unreasonable. We were dreadful under him, it was just a terrible fit.
Carragher did a bit on MNF just now showing how Nuno has 15 points from his opening 10 PL games compared to Poch who had 14 points - but, Poch had much better stats in every department ie goals, attempts, xG, touches in oppo box etc. which showed that A) we were better to watch and B) the players were buying into what was being coached. And that’s the key word here - because I had no idea what was being coached under Nuno, what our style was, what his strategy was defensively or offensively. We just looked an utter shambles, it was unacceptable. A poor appointment from day one.
I don’t really even want to discuss the future under Conte until his appointment is officially confirmed. The way Levy has performed the last couple of years I wouldn’t put it past him to try and split the bill for dinner with Conte tonight and cause him to hail the next cab to Heathrow.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Something just didn’t feel right the moment he was appointed Ace. The whole “we going to make you proud “ seemed orchestrated by the club, rather than from Nuno himself. Conte is the man mate if it all goes through, I can’t wait for it all to get going under him. He will take no prisoners

IF he does get appointed I want him to go mafioso on whole squad from minute one. He should first walk up to Eric Dier and put him in a headlock. Then grab Kane by his long chin and give him the thousand mile stare. No words. Just stare at him and look him up and down. Finally go up Son and give him a hug.
Wonder if Conte will make a move for Eriksen. He brought him to Inter…

Antonio Conte is excited to return to the Premier League and intrigued by what he can achieve with #thfc during his tenure. [Alfredo Pedullà]
Antonio Conte spent over three hours with Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici today, discussing #thfc contractual terms and transfer market guarantees. The trio were scheduled to continue discussions over dinner tonight. [Alfredo Pedullà]
This guy was the first to break the news we wanted Conte.
On SC someone said he should come out to Stone Cold Steve Austin's walk on music on his first training session 🤣
If it does happen, he’s going to have the biggest grace period with a new fan base in a long, long time.
Because if it doesn’t work, it won’t be down to him, it’ll be down to him not being backed. The minute the wheels start falling off under Conte I image the noise from the fans will be lounger than under NES, and none of it will be directed to the manager this time.

Levy flinching at paying for anything above the house red should be warning enough to Conte. And If Conte even thinks about ordering a starter AND a dessert Levy will call the whole thing off - he can have one or the other.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You think they are in a restaurant? Nah mate. Levy is serving him dinner in one of concourses because the beer is cheap and Levy can use his discount card.

Back to Levy’s to split a kebab.

Fixed it for you
I wonder if Levy fitted the stadium with the cheapest available fittings then as soon as they started breaking decided to use quality ones. As a so called astute business man does he not realise his decisions is costing the club money and lost opportunities. I always laugh when I think we went for Sissoko instead of Mane.
He wouldn't rate very highly in our list of managers but he wasn't given much help at Spurs. The conditions were terrible for him. If we think Conte is going to come in and make an instant impact, well I just wouldn't get your hopes up.
