They both have permission to suck one plum either side of my ball bag,
And I’ll beat Gibson with the length.
Fed up with this crap.
I should add that the EFL is supposed to be the guardian of the League and ALL its member clubs. They have insisted that they intend to help Derby come through all this. How on earth can spurious claims by W and M do anything other than put the very existence of DCFC under threat by potentially scuppering a sale and possibly leading to liquidation? The EFL should immediately force both W and M to drop all this nonsense or face sanctions. I trust the administrators have forcibly made this point to EFL.
To me, if the clubs had any claim at all it would be against the EFL since it is they who decide on the size of punishments and when they are applied. I think there was a similar situation previously with Birmingham when it all dragged on and nobody knew which season their points deduction would be applied in. I think that Gibson and the EFL have come to an arrangement where Boro will agree not to try to sue the EFL if the latter allow them, and even offer their tacit support for, an action against Derby. It is a complete disgrace, a dereliction of duty, cowardice, victimisation. I just can’t see why it hasn’t been called out for what it is long before now.
This really is a load of nonsense isn't it. It's saying if Derby hadn't done this - we would have achieved that. Really ??? Which as I said is a load of nonsense eh. Its like saying if say Reading had not beaten Boro or Wycombe they would've got into the playoffs / not got relegated...so let's sue Reading who were equally deducted points for FFP breaches. Similarly if those 2 clubs hadn't been so carp they wouldn't be whinging and clutching at straws. Get a life....

And a Happy New Year to U2

Did we try and sue QPR and Leicester for their financial advantage in 2014. No, because in the final analysis we should have won but made a mistake on the big day with QPR and didn't accumulate as many points as Leicester.
Why don't all Championship clubs sue Wolves and Bournemouth who both rode a coach and horses through FFP.
Why can't Wycombe accept that they weren't good enough to stay up or Boro accept that the Pulis team was rubbish Oh yeah, fantasist owners, we know the problem.

FFP is a joke.
The EFL do seem to have reserved a special place in he'll for DCFC, as they even went public about preparing a second set of fixtures for this season with us relegated!
heard a rumour that FFP will be relaxed/suspended for a couple years / slate wiped clean for all clubs competing at Championship level or above due to the sheer number likely to fall foul of the rules with the ongoing Covid crisis decimating income.
if that's the case, we might just see the back of it for good
Scrapping FFP? So where does that leave us?
Exactly where we are now I think, we fell foul of it too early. This is only "heard down the pub" for now though.
