I think this series just keeps getting better. How they are pulling off the nostalgic moments, and not make you roll you eyeballs.
Matrix are you paying attention. Facking film literally plays the 1st film within the new film. ‘Oh yay, it’s Fishburne, yay’ ah shut up!
That’s how you screw that up.
Cobra Kai has no right to be this good, no right at all.
And their nostalgic moments help their story so much.
I think it’s brilliantly done. Adds so much to it.
All we need now is Mike Barnes to come in and team up with Silver.
Man shout out to Terry Silver, brilliant. I was sure he was gonna turn on Kreese, but for good.
But no, he went full Heel. Kreese awoke a monster.
And yeh, that man child dude, is quite jarring.
That’s the only fault I have with it.
Best character is still the main guy, Mr Lawerence.
Some of his one liners are hilarious.
Some of Johnny's one liners are absolutely brilliant
The guy is stuck in the 80s.
Johnny Lawrence : All right, great. Just make sure the Cobra Kai snake comes in at the end, all right? I want it to really pop. Make it chrome. And throw "Thunderstruck" under it.
Aisha : I'm pretty sure the rights for that song will cost too much.
Johnny Lawrence : No, I already own it. Cassette's in the car. Oh, and put one of those hash browns at the end. You know, like, "Hash brown. Team Cobra Kai," or something. And then send it to the Internet!

For sure.
Apple didn’t actually use to pay for placements; their MO was to spam all of the studios and production companies with huge boxes of the latest free hardware. Apparently, they didn’t even pay for the episode of Modern Family where the whole episode is seen through the lenses of Apple tech
They changed that a few years back, I suspect because competitors started spending more on placements.
Knowing how the Cobra Kai production works, you can bet your assss they haven’t wasted an opportunity to milk someone. If Apple wasn’t going to pay up, it’d be Samsung.

How can you not enjoy a show because of product placement.....

Barnes is a beast, I loved him.

Well that's one prediction that's 100 percent never gonna come true.
Just finished it now, I read last year that the actor for Terry Silver had called it a day and looking at his Wiki it seemed right. For him to come back after 35 years and still act like his younger cuuunt character is a testament to the guy. S4 is the best one yet, so happy Jonny and Daniel are best buds too.
Fun fact - Season 5 of Cobra Kai has already been filmed ๐
Could be out as soon as May/June. What a time to be alive.
