Yes, but what about Gibson. He's the real villain now!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No point in wasting our energy on Gibson at the moment. We need to put pressure on the EFL. Get typing again Chicago!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It seems quite clear that Middlesborough and Wycombe's claims are causing all the problems and delays. EFL rules stipulate that any inter-club disputes have to be settled by arbitration but it must presumably be open to the relevant clubs to try to reach a settlement "out of court" as it were. I assume that is what the administrators have been trying to do via their talks with those two clubs and that no agreement has been reached. This is why I said earlier that the administrators should be pushing M and W into arbitration because the arbitrators would have to reach a decision based on the law. M and W have no legal claim whatsoever so it seems to me that this would be the best way to put it all to bed and clear the way for the take-over. Otherwise this is just going to drag on and on. The EFL should be pressing M and W to go to arbitration immediately or drop their claims. If I don't hear from EFL on my last e-mail within the next few days I will put this point to them (for what it's worth.).

Just sensational today. Under the circumstances an incredible effort. This team is astonishing.

Thought losing Phil was bad but really gutted to see Shinnie go, not sure his heart will be in it as it was here wherever he ends up.

Take cate lads and for the brilliant efforts.

Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to have some wonderful players at Derby.
But for sheer effort, loyalty and class, this season takes a bit of beating.

The supreme irony here is that while we are seeing all that is wrong with our game, how it has been ruined by money, we are epitome of all that is wonderful about it.

Rafa's going to get the sack. Can't continue with him for much longer now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't care .... Rooney will stay till end of season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sure. Doesn't stop Everton making an approach and it being sensationalised in the media.

Re my earlier recent post I see it is being said that proceedings (presumably court or arbitration) cannot be brought against a company in administration. I believe that is true for creditors but W and M are not creditors. They have no provable debts owed to them. EFL rules provide for arbitration and if arbitration is not possible while Derby are in administration then the whole situation is even more farcical. The take-over is being held up by claims which it may not be possible to pursue while we are in admin and it could be we will never be out of admin til these claims are resolved!!!!! Sort it out EFL!!!

Rooney second favourite for Everton job. Joint with Lampard.

I am unashamedly optimistic and naive on such worldly matters. But am confident he will stay, even should the worst happen.

If Rooney does go there is a manager performing miracles in Div 2 with loads of experience of managing teams with limited budgets.
