Can't trust you with a secret !

I know.
Does someone need to tell Vidal that Scouse is going tomorrow?

You mean 'warn'
I'm with Peeder and his grounds for optimism.
But I've also had time to reflect on the SKY Sports news about arbitration/court proceedings next week. Apparently arbitration comes first and then, if that does not work, court proceedings. That does not really make sense as EFL rules make it clear that a decision by an arbitrator must be accepted as final by the parties. This suggests it is not arbitration but a much less formal attempt at mediation - hence going to court if it "fails." Well if Gibbo does not get his pound of flesh, to court we go so maybe we should go to court first and have done with it but they presumably all hope for some sort of agreed settlement via mediation. This in turn suggests certain people will apply common sense which has been in short supply so far!
U18 beat Everton 1.0 today.
Good luck to Frank if he takes on the Everon job, I wish him well
Amazing what can happen when these 'people' start being held to account

Afternoon all

Eyup Jorv.
Game's tomorrow, mate
I will be attending the game tomorrow for the first time in about 6 years.
My first game was against Birmingham, a 2-1 win, with the winning goal coming from Steve Buckley after his brother Alan had given Birmingham the lead.
I thought I'd go to this one as at the time it could have been Derby's last game, but obviously we have had a stay of execution.
Yes I know Ang
The patience being asked of Rams fans', with little or no information of relevance, other than people in the know telling us it's complicated is still alarming. Then we have the noise of pundits and everyone's subjective interpretation of the EFL's guidelines which let's be honest, are about as robust as a Nottingham Forest playoff campaign and have as much foresight as a 5 year old gambling on the grand national.
It's the sense of helplessness in all this. Who at the table of Derby County's future, is in our corner in this fight? No fuC43r.
Last week it was Wycombe and Borough the last hurdle and now this week it's a lot of hurdles and a complicated process.
Why is this so complicated and why is it that our beautiful game is held hostage to big money and it's overseers like this?
Like most things it is only as complicated as people want to make it. A bit like buying and selling property, I always get the feeling that the process is being drawn out and complicated for no other reason than to extract money from the clients.
By the way View, does your comment SELL OUT refer to the tickets or the EFL?
You could be right Spart and all of this is just business people haggling, but if that's the case the EFL's demand of proof of funds and transfer embargo, is nothing more than sabotage.
If all parties know it's just about haggling and we will eventually be brought, then that January move from the EFL has to come under serious scrutiny.

We have to try & keep Reading & Cardiff in range
Sheff Utd need to at least draw with Posh in the late game. The escape is still on. The EFL guards haven't discovered the tunnel.
Good news to get more people on the march tomorrow…..
