They'll be without Mina. That should help us.
I'm confident we can bag all three points.
Looking for a convincing win.
Everton missing
Mykolenko
Mina
Gray
Davies
Godfrey
Delph
Doucoure
this team suits us. they've been lucky to get anything off us last few games. 3-1 whites.
We'll be buzzing after the Villa performance/comeback and they're in a rut, would be disappointing not to get atleast a point. Lampard v Bielsa again, at Goodison, cards handed out like confetti I reckon. 2-2
Steady on guys with all this confidence. This is Leeds, when do we ever do anything the easy way? How often are we the side that teams end their bad runs with?
Oh and Everton have had a extra days rest and we ran ourselves into the ground at Villa.
…Someone had to p1ss on the parade.
Fingers crossed we play well and what will be will be.
Shhtttttt too many saying this is going to be an easy victory….. I’m out of here

Will be interesting game with neither side able to field a recognised left back. Hopefully Raphinha bounces back against whoever gets to fill in on their left

Surely we need to get at Coleman. Think Harrison and Raph will run him ragged.
Raph has beaten off his game for a while, but Everton are his favourite opponents. I expect him to add to their pain this time around. We have to stop Alli and Van der Beek in the midfield, so Forshaw and Koch\Dallas must pivot in there. This takes out one player from the top, possibly Klich? If we can stop Everton running through us the way Villa did, we will get a more controlled performance. I just can’t see Everton, without Mina and Godfrey, holding out against our front line. This is going to be a fascinating tactical battle between two managers with a bit of history. 2-1 to Leeds.
Teams which are on awful runs of results always seem to turn it on against us for some reason.
On current form we should be beating these but there is no room for complacency or thinking it is an easy 3 points.

Assuming Everton set up 3-4-3 again, one of our full backs will be looking after Alli and the other Gordon. Allan will likely play with either Gomez or VDB and neither will be able to venture too far forward.
Expect Rodrigo to be marking one of their centre backs and James have the other 2. Could be tempting to give Raphinha that role and make James track Townsend instead for parts of the game. Just to ensure that Raphinha isn’t playing in our half too much. If we can control possession and territory that won’t be necessary as Townsend will forced deep anyway.
I’d be tempted to drop Koch for Forshaw as he won’t have a 10 to pick up.
He was a superb player, but I'm afraid I have very little respect for Frank Lampard after the Spygate nonsense and then the failure at Chelsea. Huge contrast with Steve Gerrard. Feel a bit sorry for Everton fans, in fact - I strongly doubt Lampard has it in him to turn their ship around.
No predictions for today from me - don't want to jinx anything! Even so, Wednesday's performance was inspired and I'm hoping we serve up more of the same and maybe start to put a run of good results together.
COME ON LEEEEEEEEDS!
Another away game. Won’t be easy but if we play like the last two away games we should win.
1-3 Leeds.
James again. Harrison and Rodrigo.
Will be interesting to see how fit the players are after a midweek game. Surely no murder ball this week?
Main concern is as fit as the lads are they put in a huge shift with many dropping with cramp late in game and Everton with a day more preparation and recovery time. This is where we need to make smart use if substitutions today if we can. Start well and weather any early storms and get control of the game with no crazy 15 minute spells. Playing Forshaw will help with that.

In his presser MB complained about not having
enough time to prep for today's game. Which
points to he didn't get a murder ball session in.
Hope that's the case.

Good
Unchanged.
Summerville for McKinstry on the bench.
Team: Meslier, Ayling, Llorente, Struijk, Dallas, Koch, Klich, Raphinha, Rodrigo, Harrison, James.
Subs: Klaesson, Forshaw, Roberts, Bate, Gelhardt, Hjelde, Summerville, Shackleton, Kenneh.
Same side as Weds. no changes.
Bench looks a bit stronger though.
Watching Che Adams today, and seeing his development, makes me more confident in Orta.
He pegged him as the guy to bring in. So right.

Genuinely think Bielsa is the hinderance to our transfer activity. Would be happier if Orta was given more licence to sign who he wants for Bielsa. We all know that Bielsa will never allow this though.
