Agreed. But not one of our players performed tonight. Blaming it on Taylor is a cheap shot, not one of those Celtic players, not one, turned up tonight, not Rogic, McGregor, Ccv, Hatate, O'Reilly or anyone else. Overreaction imho.

Some were better than others but reality was Bodo pace, skill and spirit much better than ours. It was a replay of the Rangers game in reverse.

Was a really off night for us, i thought bodo played well but its not like they dominated, we had a lot of the ball but never seemed to have control of it

Poor result. Performance was fine at times, but clearly not good enough.

They’re a decent unit-sum of the parts and all that. JJ, Starfelt, McGregor, O’Riley were our best players. Jota and Rogic were the biggest disappointments. Midfield was imbalanced as McGregor was left exposed defensively.

Be happy to send a reserve team for the return leg.

Incredible result for rangers tonight. Did say I thought they would get a result to bring back to ibrox-didn’t think it would be as good as that though!

Balance is a concern for me POV, looking at the lineup you suspect it has to be rogic or o'riley with two behind them.

They dont slot in there and its a bit of a concern if ange cant see that

Yeah-they weren’t tracking back enough and we were being sliced open. O’Riley has some excellent touches-he looks like he’ll be a cracking player (he is already tbf). When Rogic is off it, he’s a bit of a burden. McGregor was outstanding, but he needed a hand.

I think Bodo actually played at times how Ange wants us to play. Would be keen on their number 4-neither of our 2 centre halfs are as comfortable as he was on the ball.

Thought Bodo left back was rotten n al btw he passed ball out of play about 3 times in the second half from misconrrolling/bad passes.

I'm a Leeds United supporter but have always loved Celtic, however I've got to say that both you and Rangers are just making up the numbers in European comps. Maybe when Celtic and Rangers have serious competition in the Scottish Prem, we'll see a team worthy of European football.

Much like how Leeds are only ever going to be making up the numbers in the PL till they go bust again

We were poor last night but they were a good team. Caught us by surprise, that’s for sure.

I think they would have beaten Rangers too, to be honest.
They beat us and we’re better than Rangers as the table - and the last OF - would so irrefutably show.

I’m afraid that’s just science. Perhaps it would be more comforting for you to think of it as cheeseburgers?

mind that time rangers had a 6 point lead and are now a point behind after getting absolutely scudded in the last old firm game.
