Speaking of the Thriller video, I accidentally traumatised my kids showing them it before bedtime when they were about 6. I recalled the dancing around in costumes but totally forgot the werewolf transformation. Had to leave the lights on in the corridor that night...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My 6 year old was watching it this morning, which was the inspiration for the thread. He’s totally not bothered about it
The zombie bit at the end is the scariest part
Always like that Metallica I disappear music video. Think is was Mission Impossible 2 soundtrack.
The scariest Michael Jackson video is the one with the people with dogs heads instead of human ones.
Always enjoy Coffee and TV by Blur.
I remember watching the world premiere of MJs Black or White video on TOTPs with the ending where he smashes up a car that got banned. I put in one of my older brothers white school shirts after and danced around like MJ in the living room.
Well before Videos for music became a thing - Don’t Fear The Reaper - Blue Oyster Cult.
It is probably what got me away from pop music.

The special effects on that video still look great today. And Macauley Culkin was the naughty kid we all our parents assumed us to be back then listening to that rock and/or roll.

That’s right. My dad put that on when I was a similar age, don’t remember being upset by it, but could see why a kid would be!

Na, I can quite imagine that some kids would find it terrifying!
The bit when MJ turns into Nani scared the sh-t out of me as a kid.

Its the bit where he drops to the ground , then shouts go away with yellow eyes, then the mouth starts growing

Did you know that Dave Grohl is the devil in the Tenacious D Tribute video?
For its time, Peter Gabriel, Slegehammer.
Singer won’t just come to me, but addicted to love with the models was very innovative.
