So what does Commons know?

says lennons the best manager he has worked for, strange thing to say about someone you dont get on with...

And you didn't hear lennons post match interveiw. You must have also missed twittergate and Murdos comment yesterday. Not very observant are you kenneth.

To state that the player apologised, but that is not good
enough says there is friction. Last year when Ledley did the same thing, Lennon couldn't get enough media
time to defend him.

I don't think Lennon has lost the dressing room, but do think there is something going on with him and commons, I was away for the weekend and missed the game but seen the highlits and Commons tackle was bad and was right to be sent off

Yes Lennon knows preasure is building on him which I am sure Rangers fans love, but I think there is alot of players not giving there all at the moment which is something Lennon needs to address soon, I will blame Lennon and the board for our defence which seeing the goals yesterday were shocking

Bid Dan and Loovens needs shiped out don't care just pay off the contracts and start again they are s...t end of, but we knew this going into the new season but guess what we have done nothing about it.

Now 10 points this start of the season is bad and if Lennon wants to keep his job then he needs to act fast because losing another league this year would mean Lennon would lose alot of the fans

Lennon knows he will not have the job if he loses the league. He said so during close season.

He has been badly let down by those who run the club, who promised to back him.

At least the death threats and bombs have stopped. It's funny how that coincides with poor footballing performances though.

He's probably under pressure to play Bangura, who hasn't got it for me. I'd love to know who signed him.

magic, we are to believe whats on the radio now, superb.

lennon was annoyed at him for being sent off yesterday, no question but your sayin he got himself sent off on purpose, your a mug.

I've had a wee wind up or 2 last night but its far too early in the season to be all doom and gloom. Iff Celtic win the next couple by big margins and Rangers drop points in either game against Hearts or Aberdeen away. The garden may not be completely rosy but some of you guys will feel like worldbeaters again

He needs time to settle you cant judge him staright away but love his work rate Bangura missed a sitter yesterday.

Lennon for me needs to go back and start with Stokes and Hooper

Celtic are potentially 7 points behind.

We've been 7 points ahead in January recently. That's why I'm not hoisting the white flag. And some of the fans on here are being far too quick with their predictions.

The international break will be a godsend hopefully.

Jinky, I can't shake the impression that he's a poorer version of Henri Camara. I'd love him to score 25-30 this season. I know everyone needs time, but it's also possible to get a quick impression on a player that endures.

How many strikers do you want with workrate, better getting one who scores

cant argue that

Ooo kenneth go and take your blood pressure tabs. I ain't no mug. Eirther way its clear they have a problem get the shamrock blinkers aff. As always good points jinky. I defo think there is a problem with motivation within the dressing room. On discovering the whole world is not against them they may be finding it hard.

Am I totally crazy or did Commons look to be our main threat before the sending off.

posted on 3/10/11

Commons is well known for having an ego the size of his erchie.
Lennon has to manage this ego for the sake of the team, not just come down hard on him when explaining a defeat.

Imagine he said something like:'Kris is just back in the squad and was probably trying too hard to impress the manaement squad and the fans.It means a lot to him to play for this great club'

Then took him round the back and .................

is this the "aww your pure ragin" line again, wrong chap for that im afraid, im a bit too level headed for your rubbish

Apparently Commons was berated by Lennon in front of his team mates about his weight which prompted Commons to bring Lennon to task for his drinking - apparently he and Thompson have turned up at training drunk a few times - this is what led to the fallout between Lennon and Commons.

I don't think he was trying to get sent off - although it was reckless - and he did look pretty decent considering not had much game time.

I'm sure this could be a baseless rumour but something is going on...
