We will still drop a fair few Sandy, but 6 wins and a draw might be enough. We all know Liverpool will beat us comfortably and I suspect Villa away will be very tough. But the other 7 are very winnable, win all 7 and we definitely make it

Nah Spurs will win all bar Liverpool, they are vastly superior to all the remaining teams they have to play, and Arsenal will go weak at the knees when they turn up at WHL as usual. Villa are bog standard average, and I would expect Spurs to now beat them, even though I think I predicted a draw.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
The thing about those 3 teams is that they have nothing to play for. No danger of getting relegated and no chance of getting Europe. Maybe that works in our favour. Not that they aren't dangerous but I think I'd rather face mid-table teams at this stage than those near the bottom desperate to get something.
We certainly should be looking to get 9 points but it will not be easy. Don't be surprised if we get a draw to one of those. Also any injury to just one of Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Dier, Romero or Kane will give us a problem.
I think we’re all forgetting losses at home to a poor United side, Southampton and Wolves. I guarantee we won’t win all our home games between now and the end of the season, we will kock at least one of them up.
Has anyone actually seen our home record against Newcastle over the last 5/6 years? We very rarely beat them
I take nothing for granted with Spurs...after all we are known to be ‘spursy’...
Whereas I’m very happy with our forwards... I’m very worried if the likes of Winks & Sanchez have to come into the side due to injury or suspension... this is what could seriously derail our season.
Also, we are weak in the air at corners... both offensively & defensively...
Things rarely go to plan with Spurs...
I do expect us the finish in the top 6 though... 7th would be a complete nightmare... that horrific conference league...
Top 4 is a big ask... like it or not... Arsenal are very handily placed there... only a complete capitulation would change that...

We played United away so a tough game at the best of times. Southampton and Wolves we played Winks in midfield and Sanchez in defence and I hope we have learnt our lesson now that neither can be trusted anymore. Both are weak and bring down the performances of those around them too.
Villa, Newcastle and Leicester are much more winnable with the team we put out today.

I’d be amazed if we finished lower than 6th, Wolves loss on Friday alongside Jimenez ban will do for them this year - they struggle to put sides away at home.
West Ham I think will concentrate everything in the Europa league basket now, they have far more chance of CL qualification in that than in the league after today
Us, Arsenal and United will finish 4/5/6, personally I think United will 6 and us and Arsenal will take it to the wire.

The Nuno period is quite different to now though, so no point drawing from that. We actually try and attack teams under Conte for a start. Not to mention the addition of the 2 new players and improvements to existing players since Nuno. Honestly, right now we are in the best place we've been all season.

Agreed. Skipp has been a big miss
Good win against a Wetspam side that was probably tired from their Europa game.
Kane showed a master class on passing and keeping the ball. I think he could play every position on the pitch except goalie.
As I posted last week, he deserves to win something!
And Son, well he's the guy that make's Kane's day!
Bentancur and Kulushevski are showing up as class additions. Bentancur is terrific in the middle, and Kulushevski is not one to pass backwards.
Just wish he could shoot.
Same goes for Reguilon. I hear Real Madrid want him back! No way, Jose!
We need a better replacement for Doherty than Royal..
Romero is showing well. Now for a better Davies!
Now we need to beat everyone, particularly the Arsenholes.
And I'm not one to say we can't beat Pool!

If as I expect Spurs to beat Arsenal at home, it would not require a complete capitulation atcall. All it would require is Spurs to win one more match than Arsenal all probability.
Not that I am overly worried about top four. I will be more than happy with Europa, and continue the rebuild next season.

Those 3 I am particularly concerned about.

We will still drop a fair few Sandy, but 6 wins and a draw might be enough. We all know Liverpool will beat us comfortably and I suspect Villa away will be very tough. But the other 7 are very winnable, win all 7 and we definitely make it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I have a horrible feeling you will take points of us. Don't ask me why, just feels like one of those times a team takes a lot of points from the top 2. You've 6 from City and 1 from us.
Just hope I'm wrong. Nothing against spurs mind
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You are definitely wrong - I doubt we will even put up a fight, comfortable 2/3-0
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm happy with that and you can have 4th

I think it depends on who stays fit.
If we get Skipp back and have a full strength squad to choose from then there's a chance.
If we have to play Winks or other back up players of his standard then we'll miss out.

Nah, Spurs very rarely lose by more than one goal.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
That would mean 10 wins from 11 games - that’s title winning form, we’re miles off that
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So what games are Spurs going to lose?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The only game we will definitely lose is Liverpool. But draws are like defeats at this stage, we’re very capable of dropping points in any of the remaining games.
Villa
Newcastle
Leicester

----------------------------------------------------------------------
All average teams, and Newcastle not even that. Spurs should be winning the two home games comfortably, and Villa away should not have Spurs quaking in their boots. Spurs are a countrymile better than all three.

I was talking about the 3-0 Nuno capitulation.
Finally beat Newcastle at home and I will have a bit more belief but our record against them at home is atrocious
