Le Clerc looks to hvae real fire in his belly this year, he 100% has that eye of the tiger look this year.
One of this interviews after the race was very telling, a lot of pre - meditated moves and behaviour in the race.
Le Clerc pretty much as good as said that some of the drivers have had a couple of discussions and have decided that they are gonna be equally aggressive with Max as Max is with them.
Are there a group of driver banding together to take on Max and stand up to him. Lets hopes so, Max is a beast he is still learning, if the other drivers are to compete then this is the stance they need to take, Could be plenty of drama this year and I loved how Le Clerc put a marker down with Max in race 1.

i think Max ill learn a lot this year. Max is stupidly talented driver but he has had things go his way a lot (racing that is) I think the constant narrative of Max being aggressive and a "bully" on track will work against him a bit and a few drivers will try and put him in his place a bit this year.
I liked how Max tried to intimidate Charles before the restart from the safety car, but ultimately mugged himself off.
If Ferrari are genuinely competitive and merc get up to speed as quickly as we expect, it may make Max think twice, as rather than just fighting against Lewis, he'd have to fight past 3 or 4 drivers (if he gets penalties)
of course the flip side is that with potentially 6 drivers going for wins, any DNF's may not be as critical as different drivers will be making up the big points as opposed to it just gifting Lewis 25 pts

I dont think we will see a Merc out front til midway thro the season. There is a lot of work needing done on that car, they know what they need to fix but dont know ho to fix it yet.

yeah we grew up with the most unreliable Ferrari cars ever, then one day some German geezer rocked up to form the dream team alongside Brawn and Todt.
I loved the snake nose design on the Jordan though back in the day

yeah i know just thought I would bring it up.
At race pace they guy aint at the limit and the amount of info they can take in is incredible. Its a moot point though cos technically any info on that screen can be relayed to them via radio anyway.

I agree though the Ferrari was quicker, but you couldn't go flat out with it unless you fancied recovering it from under the sofa by which point ya dads clocked up 20 laps
Scalextric?!! that facking thing. Took up space.
Cars flew off everywhere. Batteries died every 10 mins it felt like. Rubbish. Nothing like the adverts.
Of course I had the moody version of a Scalextric.

Beatties toy shop was like my heaven at that age
Have they made changes to the track this season? It was incredibly dangerous last time out
I had one with like an air pump so you could air jet the other person off the track, in theory - the fact you'd need 3 hands was clearly lost on the designers

Now you see, after what he did to Hill, then going to Ferrari, that’s when I defected. Of course, Shuey is a Legend, but didn’t feel right backing him, even though he’d gone into my fav Car.
So it was great when Villeneuve won. But as Shuey became as great as he was, you couldn’t help admire him.
Then when Kimi came along I lifted my sanction on Ferrari. Good times. Until… well, bloody RedBull, then Merc..
