I've got Celtic or draw on my coupon for today, disappointed to be behind but entirely expected. Tbh I think the January signings totally changed the season. Celtic's have hit the ground running and contributed to their good form, ours have flopped badly. Big reason for the turnaround IMO.

It's not ,Celtic getting or using the money that's the problem. It's Rangers not getting it.
Of course you could still get through the qualifiers.

If Rangers don't win the ELthen that's their route into euro footie next season. Be warned, it's an early start and could cause Gers players to burn out, or pick up injuries mid season. It could hamper any squad rebuild too. Celtic had to negotiate these each season, they're gruelling. I'll be happier about the absence of the pesky qualifying rounds than the possible pay day comming.

The non-champ route is not so bad and Rangers will fancy their chances. Two rounds and this years participants are all beatable in their current form - Benfica, PSV, Monaco, Shakhtar, Genk, Midgetland, Spartan, Sparta Prague.
The bigger challenge imho would be dealing with the possible ins and outs in the squad in parallel with the games - who they gonna sell or keep, help to qualify or move on asap, are their heads scrambled, are they new to the team, are they as good as hoped etc?

Not so sure about that. Don’t Rangers have a number of first team players in final year of contract or at least at the stage where they will be available for sale at a lower value?
Could very well be a real change in their team come July and they need to be thinking on that now with a manager they must have doubts about.
