Euston > Victoria line > Seven sisters > London overground > Tottenham Hotspur station

Then literally a 5 min walk to the ground

takes longer to get that horrific overground than to walk from seven sisters these days

Well looking at it on google it says its about a 30 minute walk from seven sisters, weather depending is it worth going on the overground? Is that a separate ticket?

if you are fit and healthy that walk shouldnt be taking you any longer than 20 mins.

How about tickets, is there like a day ticket that can be used on all journeys?

posted on 13/4/22

Don't go to Seven Sisters, go to Tottenham Hale and walk. Stop in The Volunteer for a beer (in glass rather than plastic) on the way.

interesting

i know this is a weird question to ask as going to a football match but what are the crowds like at that pub compared to like others near the ground

I have never been to the Volunteer on matchday, but used to go to that pub quite a bit back in the day. Nice little locals pub tucked out of the way, and used to be a very decent Governor in there. Not very big inside, but decent beer, and good service.

Hi mate,

It does get busy on matchday to be fair but its not one of those pubs where people are singing etc. The people who own it have owned it for as long as I know. Its a local pub basically. As I say, the fact you get your beer in a glass is a winner and the guinness is decent if you like that. We have some Irish lads in our group and they like the guinness in there.

I'd probably compare it a little to the Crown and Anchor the Edmonton side of the stadium if ever you have been in there.

Travel card gets you to Seven Sisters and then overground from there to White Hart Lane, which is 5 minutes walk from stadium.

Anyone travelling for Brighton game from north of Milton Keynes, the Euston line is closed for works. Going to be chaos all round, with FA Cup Semi at Wembley means roads and other trains could be extremely busy.
