Tbh if you're talking pure 'fox in the box' striker, I'd argue Ronaldo is still top 5 in the world. However, as a complete forward, he's not even in the top 10.

Salad doesn't really play up top like most of them do. That is what makes his numbers more impressive I feel.
Lewa has numbers in the league and CL that are just bonkers. He has to be out in front. Benzema has done well too but his goal tally suffered when Ronaldo was there, being the centre of the teams focus.

He most certainly does play up top , and has a false 9 fully catered to him. Similar to when Madrid had ronaldo on the left and benzema up top, benzema would often drift wide or drop in to feed ronaldo.
City and Liverpool okay in such a way that their wingers get into so many goascoring opportunities. It’s phenomenal really.

He doesn't play up top. He plays on the right and often puts defensive work in on the right side of midfield. Although you are obviously right about the whole team being set up to get him chances. He gets as many, if not more chances than a striker gets for other teams, which is why I don't have a problem if people judge his goals scored against strikers.
However you can't really put him in a list of strikers considering it's a different position. He isn't a better striker than Benzema for example but he's a better player, for me.
Would have Rashford and Greenwood in there as well actually.
This year for me Benzema is the number one... If you take last few seasons together my order would be
