At one point, we had conference and Liverpool were looking like Champs.
Couldn't have asked for a better outcome really, at that point. An excellent 5 goal swing.
We stuck to our guns, no one can deny that. Our strategy of conceding without scoring has been vindicated with a glorious Europa League finish.
The impact Ten Hag is having already is incredible.
Just looked at the table ... we've qualified for Europe with a goal difference of zero.
0 goal difference 😂. How we finished in the top half is incredible when you think about it. Without de gea and ronaldo we finish between 15th and mid table.

I think by the end of the season, it must have almost taken a huge effort to put in so little effort on such a consistent basis. They're a special group
On another note, No other team has managed to flirt with CL, EL and Conference league this season.
Giving yourselves a wider selection of the available competitions is always a good sign of a quality team.

Genuinely haven’t hated a season as much as this one, I swear that 4-1 win over Leeds felt like 10 years ago
De Gea been terrible. Everton beat us 1-0 0.36XG vs 0.76XG and today Crystal Palace 1-0 Man Utd 0.35XG vs 0.78XG. Out of the 10 games on final day 9 teams who dominated XG won and only Man Utd was exception.
So much optimism as we smash Leeds on the opening day after Varane swaggers onto the pitch in his suit to be revealed. His last appearance at OT this season.
Henderson played most of 20/21 season away games and we lost 0 away games

Lol De Gea had one of the worst save percentages in the league. I think since Rangnick got the job we had like 20 shots on target more than the opposition but conceded and scored the same amount of goals
We just lost 6 away games in a row in the league and I think De Gea save percentage in that run is like 40% and opposition goalkeeper is like 80%.

I was looking at Brighton score watching Man City game then Liverpool game and then back to Man Cuty game lol.
I know we needed favours.
Utd the only club to finish on 0 GD.
Truly a great achievement, has it ever been done
