What wont help Chelsea this season is that they will make losses from the loss of revenue from matches and sponsorship and commercial stuff during the sanctions.
regardless of the buy out that will be on their accounts for this year which affects the FFP position and they will need to cut their cloth accordingly unless they get a massive growth in revenue out of somewhere.
Spurs FFP position is rock solid as we made massive profits pre-pandemic, despite the 150m injection by the owners.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Those accounts were balanced during the sale, they do not carry forward.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
wrong. Your accounts for this year are your accounts for this year. There's no "balancing" in the sale as you will have to report your proft/loss this season and your income has been hit hard. while ypur owns may absorb those losses, they are still losses. Dems da facts I'm afraid.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No you are wrong, those debts were paid as part of the sale, there is no loss.

Sevilla did not want to part with him, his contract has reduced and so to has the price, the player wants to leave, the player was happy to leave last year. We will have to pay for him but it will be a more realistic price.

Kounde is having an operation and won't be signing for anyone until afterwards. It's transfer season you are going to see lots of stories, probably less than 10% will have any substance and less than 5% will come true.
I don't expect much momentum in the market for anothe 2 weeks at least due to the nations league and then breaks. Pre season starts on the 2nd July I believe so players will be focused on the next year and looking to sign contracts others have been working on while they've been busy working and then enjoying a hard earned break with the families.
If you predicted rumours well done, though anyone who has been through a transfer window before should expect them, but nothing has happened yet. The day before the papers were reporting that Sevilla were annoyed with Kounde because they felt the operation might put the transfer to Chelsea at risk.
Is anyone really that fussed about Kounde? We missed our window last year, not this year.
