Varpool were just as guilty, in fact they were the first to do it.
Good to see some common sense being applied and the rules tightened.
Stops Spurs manipulating the fixtures so a new manager doesn't get 4 home games on the bounce after an embarrassing loss to some bunch of farmers called Mura.
Spurs postponed the BHA game due to 8 covid cases, Leicester postponed our next one and the Burnley game was postponed due to snow.....meanwhile, Arsenal ran away with 1 covid case 🐈🐈
Didnt spurs forfeit that European plate thingy last season
Does 8 Covid cases leave you without 10 outfield players and a keeper??
By the rules outlined in your link Arsenal would still have had a solid case to have the game called off whereas Spurs wouldn't for their 8 cases...

Pretty sure he means the improbable number of false positives you had that caused you to postpone the EFL semi.
But Spurs were the creators of the rule in the first place, buck stops there.

which would put it 17th in games postponed?
Arsenal are a joke of a club. Whatever they do in the future they always bottled it in January 2022. Always.
you reckon the runners will turn up for our game in january? or will their 'bus break down'?

Spurs literally created the loophole, hilarious they are the ones crying loudest about getting games called off. Poor Rennes had to travel and prepare for a game only for Spurs to "do a runner" a few hours before.
Arsenal calling off their game was the most ridiculous of all of them but they got what they deserved when the fixture was eventually played, to be fair.
I think all the others had good reasons, at least at the time, for doing so. Arsenal just took advantage of it though.
Never let Arsenal fans forget their club bottled a north London derby. Never.

I mean even when we were proper dog sh 1 t and your lot were winning everything twenty years ago, we at least turned up.
Bottled facing Brighton and Rennes. Literally created new rules, then cried when other teams used them

This and this some more
Think it was Devon made a comment yesterday that due to that NLD game and the way in which they manipulated the rules it bought his hate back for Arsenal which was dwindling and I was feeling pretty meh about them too
I can’t stand them again and their snivelling baby supporters ….every fan base has them but Arsenal seem to be 90% baby tantrum toddler on here
DJ also makes me hate them so fair play to him ….the amount of times he talks rubbish about our postponements makes him now just seem thick …we postponed one league game! Brighton
Rennes was a joke though , I actually side with him on that …they should never have been told to fly over for the game

Nah, Liverpool was by far the worst. Posted a far, far higher than possible number of false positives, then had your ex-chief executive "investigate" the obvious corruption . If your lot hadn't cheated the system we may have had players available for the Spurs game

if that was on purpose why retest hours later and confirm false negatives ? why disclose that? could have easily been a dodgy batch of tests. We followed the rules, Arsenal bent them 1 positive ?

Why retest after the game is called off? So you could field your strongest team in the league days later probably.
Arsenal didn't bend any rules. We told the PL our situation, with no lies or "false positives" and they made a decision based on the facts.
