You don't understand the law like I do. If evidence becomes public then it cannot be brought before a court, as the jury would be potentially tainted. It's why reporting restrictions get put in place before trial. If it leaked out then there may not be a fair process.

Selecting an 'unbiased jury' wouldn't work and only aids Greenwood if convicted. His lawyers would get it quashed at appeal, on the basis the jury were tainted.
