I don’t think our (Spurs) window has been stellar as such but what we have been doing is adding quality in depth to key areas and doing it early doors so that the players Conte wanted can get a preseason.
Elite sport is about fine margins, and a player arriving 2 months early rather than deadline day can give the added few percent that might make a difference - something we’ve historically failed to grasp.
The other thing is that we’ve added some PL proven quality. Bissouma is a great signing, especially at £25m, and will operate in that Kante role for us like Conte had at Chelsea. Richarlison, while not everyone’s cup of tea, was bought to give us what City and Liverpool have - quality in depth up top. He scored 50 in 150 for a poor Everton team so with better players around could maybe improve on what is already a decent hit rate for a wide forward.
Perisic and Forster give squad options. Spence is one for the future but his skill set looks tailor made for Contes wing back game.
Of the others City & Liverpools striker signings look tasty but we won’t know for sure til we see how they adapt, and we won’t know that until at least xmas as you have to give players a bit of a chance, they don’t all hit the ground running. Liverpool have also taken some quality youth from Fulham but not sure that’ll massively impact next seasons chances. Arsenal have made some ok signings, but I think they need a good few more to really elevate themselves esprit with Europa League to manage as well. Chelsea and Utd drawing a blank so far, but Chelsea with the losses of Lukaku (top scorer in all comps last season), Rudiger (team of the season) plus Christensen and maybe Azpi are looking at a fair old rebuild there and for me so far are probably worst off given the outgoings.
Tottenham
Man City
Liverpool
Arsenal

still looks raw at times but imo will go on to be a very good pl RB/RWB

I don't get how they are 2nd in this table...

Spurs have added well imo. Perisic is a seasoned campaigner and Conte knows him well, Bissouma knows the league and is a stronger performer. Richarlison I don't think it that great tbh but he improves the squad and allows some rotation.
City - well Haaland. Philips is likely to be back up to Rodri I'd have thought. Adds to the squad and means Rodri can be rested and the side doesn't lose legs as they did with Fernandinho last year.
Liverpool, losing Mane is bad. No getting around that. Nunez has potential but it's a lot to ask him to be at Mane levels immediately. Cavalho and Ramsay are unlikely to impact the first team imo. Losing Minamino won't impact the first team but he was a decent squad player.
Utd have just let out of contract players leave so far, plus allowing Matic to go. Necessary work but haven't improved thus far. FDJ seems likely but personally I have no opinion on him as a player - just not seen enough of him.
Chelsea have been linked with a lot of people but so far all that's happened is they've lost Lukaku (probably for the best) and Rudiger (definite loss).
Arsenal again linked with a lot but only Vieira signed and Lacazette leaving (no real loss).
Still early days but I'd go for:
1) Spurs
2) City
3) Utd - cut dead wood and the manager has previously worked with FDJ so very much a known entity
4) Arsenal - no real losses and one added (would move above Utd with confirmation of Jesus)
5) Liverpool - Big loss in Mane but replacement is at least in.
6) Chelsea - no signings yet, big loss with Rudiger.
