Looks set to be a busy last few days of the transfer window for Wolves. Boly looks set to join Forest in a permanent deal while Luke Cundle is set for a season long loan to Swansea.
Should be some incomings as well with Austrian striker Sasa Kalajdzic and midfielder Boubacar Traore from French club Metz the hot tips. Jorge Mendez was at Molineux on Sunday as a sure sign he is about to make a bit more commission
I do think Bournemouth have the weakest team in the division and I make them a confident tip to finish 20th in the table. That doesn’t mean they’re going to lose 9-0 every week and they’ve already got a win on the board against Villa. But certainly like to think we’ll be too good for them on Wednesday and come away with three points. But I do go along with the cliche that there’s no such thing as an easy game in the Premier League
Take it to them and smash them. Try and be rigid and probably not.
I remember a few years back playing Birmingham a week after they'd been battered 8-0, by Bournemouth as it happens. The result of course was 0-0.
Happy birthday Cinci by the way, shame we couldn't be celebrating today with 3 points in the bag.
It's very early in the season to point this out, but only 3 teams have conceded fewer goals than us, BUT only one team has scored fewer.
Familiar?
Do think those kind of stats are going to change much until we bring in a new goalscorer or two wulfrun

Hello boss, how's it going?
I’m good Gem lad, how’s you ?
Not sure we’ve improved the team since our fist season back in the prem under Nuno... doesn’t feel like it anyway at the moment, suppose we need to give Mr Lage some time yes ?
Seems the deal to sell Cutrone to Como was virtually a free transfer. He was certainly not the right player at the right price. We have agreed a clause to get something if Como sell him on
Just leaves Bonatini to leave and I'm assuming Boly is on his bike too.
Wolves have agreed a deal for striker Sasa Kalajdzic from Stuttgart. Having a medical at Compton tomorrow.

I noticed 4 of those goals he jumped in the box to head home a cross. When was the last time anyone did that for Wolves?
I see Garth Crookes' Team of the Week didn't include Ruben Neves despite him giving an absolute masterclass yesterday.
4 from Liverpool
2 from Man City
2 from Chelsea
2 from Man Utd
1 from Arsenal
What a surprise!
Last time we signed a tall Austrian it was Stefan Maierhofer who was useless.
But this guy comes with a glowing reputation and is hopefully just what we have been looking for
I hope this signing works out because we haven't played the style of football that required a tall CF heading goals from crosses. Plus, what happens to Jimenez?
Not sure about that Wolfie. I see quite a few crosses going in to the box, but no-one there to convert them.
Kalajdzic and Traore could create a few goals for us. Just 10 this season might be quite useful.
Just because a player is tall doesn’t mean they can’t play on the ground. From what I’ve seen his play on the ground is very good. As for Jimenez he will hold his place in the team if he plays well and looks like scoring a lot more than 6 a season. If not then he’ll have to sit on the bench while we see what this guy can do.
Surprised to see the fee we have paid is reported as around £15m. That’s a lot less than he was being touted for earlier in the summer
That's mainly because Jimenez hasn't been in the box when the crosses come in, Wulfrunnut. I hope our new CF stays in and around the box, as that's where most goals are scored.
Forest look set to sign only. They have offered £1m but Wolves want between £3m and £5m
Everton hoping to sign Hwang but there’s some wheeling and dealing to be done. Looks like it would be a loan with an obligation to buy. But they can’t loan two players from the same club So to make that happen they would need to complete the permanent signing of Coady
I'm kind of interested to read from those who kept on about how small our squad was last season, to how small it is again this time around. We have to name our senior squad (over 21's) after the window closes and it looks like we'll register less than we did last season.
Granted the depth is stronger, but it will still be a "small" squad.
