India have Zimbabwe while SA have Holland so even if SA lose to us they have a easy game.

Zimbabwe will probably get some incentives to not perform.

Great victory, never in doubt. Glad to see India beat all the minnows but worried they have lost to the only decent team in the group

Clearly some of you lot don't know cricket ! armchair experts.

Wet outfield means dangerous for fielding and difficult to bowl. So if any then it was rather difficult for India to play in that condition. It wasn't that wet to stop the ball with big margin ! get a grip guys.

Its just some hate to see India win and when they do its always down to some form of corruption not because the other team choked

Yes, those who are moaning and think it was favourable for India should try to ball when its wet ! with dew bowler can struggle lot, just think about wettish outfield !!

You are missing the point. The surface was not ready for anyone but because one team were going to lose and the more time it took for safe conditions the better it got for Bangladesh.

Chase a small total with 10 wickets in hand even if it was 10 runs an over they would have been huge favourites. That surface needed another 30 mins of soaking but what would have meant 65 runs in 7 overs.

India had nothing to lose because they would have lost with D/L so to get them out quick as possible benefits them.

Also a fielder slipping is nothing like a batsman slipping because the batsman is OUT, No way back from that.

Overall I still think Bangladesh bottled it.

Let’s be honest, we’ve seen Bangladesh get themselves into these positions a million times and they bottled it, I fully expected them to bottle it again regardless of the weather.

This still doesn’t excuse the blatant biased commentary from Cricinfo and their rejoice at the rain stopping, match continuing and the small times Bangladesh looked like chasing the target, they started crying about how wet it was, yet hardly mentioned it when India were doing well.

But but but India bought it. Its proper sour grapes. The reality is Pakistan should've been better. That's the end of it instead of worrying about India vs Bangladesh to keep their hopes alive.

Been a good tournament so far but the moaning today is silly.

Exactly this JustTrue… India are a top team with some classy players. Shame their fans can’t take opinions and worse are the Indian commentators, analysts and administrators - completely biased and can’t see the facts even if it hit them in the face. Been like that for years.
