Yep and the worry for me is that we don't have the people with experience and nous to qualitatively assess talent.

In short...Appears the aim is to replicate the City model, hence gone to the lengths of employing a former City CEO (played a significant role in where they are today) to facilitate that happening...
Maximising Chelsea as a brand globally on a sporting, tactical and especially commercial perspective (fallen far behind on the latter), branching out to buy feeder clubs on a grandier scale, building and establishing a vast range of contacts & scouting network which will yield results / success on and off the pitch.
Sustainable philosophy and progression.
Main positive is the board giving more power and investment to Neil Bath.
