Season defining penalty for Forest
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hardly!
Not our day. Two tough games coming up.
All we need now is to see a red card
The problem is the more games we lose, the harder it gets to find any form. We have done ok last two games and at least not been smashed. But need to find a way of being more dangerous up front
We will almost certainly lose to Brighton on Tuesday so it will be one draw in what 8 games? That gonna be tough to recover from
Forest are going down with Leicester, absolutely no question. In the premier league you just don’t recover from this kind of start
The worry with the games against utd, liverpool, arsenal, chelsea etc is not just losing but shipping 5 or more each game, and where any goals are going to come from
We are well and truly in it now.

Not helped by a very poor VAR decision but yes we are in serious trouble.
I really believe that our Championship team would be doing better than this...
I don’t mind being relegated. Just want to make a fight of it. We are so poor with our touches and passing. You just knew we would miss the penalty. We have so little quality or composure. We work hard but that’s all we really offer. So many times we waste possession or give it away. You can’t carry on playing like that otherwise you will always get beat.
However, there is hope. Without a dodgy penalty we get another draw. We need to try and find a way of being more dangerous against Brighton. Time to drop Johnson I think, he is just too ineffective at the moment. Might be better off the bench.
Dont think their penalty was dodgy, personally think VAR did ok today
Tofollo looks like he's ready for the noose
Both ridiculous penalties..
They seem to give them for nothing!
Looking at the table your only 5 points off halfway up the league
Strange season...get to the break without being cut off and you never know

Not sure about that. It appeared to bounce off Toff's right arm, which was in a legal position, on to his left hand. If it had come off his knee, for example, onto his left hand, it would not have been called.
Our penno was a clear foul on Yates, as he was running on to the header.
Wolves looked terrible considering its their 5th season in the Premier league
From an outsiders point of view that game should have been a draw...
I guess we have improved and that’s all you can ask really. Juts don’t wanna get too cut off and demoralised. Cause then certain players will stop playing as they know they are off at the end of the season
Just watched our pen kick again on sky. Their keeper clearly comes off his line before Johnson strikes the ball and as a result is able to get across to the ball. Given the Lino was standing on the goal line he should have flagged for a re-take but when its not going your way...

Agreed a point would have been reasonable given both sides only managed 2 shots on target each,
I see Rev has gone into hiding now Forest look like they’re going down.
FofF, keeper stays on his line, it was just a very poor weak penalty from a player who is bereft of confidence and totally out of touch, needs taking out of the firing line for a few games. VAR did itself no favours, yes it probably got the right result for both pens, but the Wolves pen took four our five mins, with the ref watching slowed down, frame by frame about half a dozen times, if it takes that long is it a clear and obvious error ?? Unfortunately losing games like that, and only picking up one point on the road says an awful lot about Forest atm, yes we may still be in transition but we are already running out of time. We had our golden chance today, against a very poor Wolves team, but couldn’t take it. Neither keeper had a save to make as neither team was good enough to create anything. 17th at the moment looks about as achievable as Brennan finishing top scorer in the premiership. Were we worth a point today, possibly, but Wolves have scored 3 goals all season, surely if there was a day to go all out for 3 points it was today, unfortunately we were still far to conservative in our approach. My main worry is beating the record of ‘the worst team in history’, achieve that, and the way i feel at the moment it will have been a successful season. I am in NO WAY saying get rid of Cooper, even when we get relegated, I’d keep him in charge, but he needs to learn at a faster pace than he is managing atm, his substitutions tend to be too late, and often have little or no effect. Next 3 games look extremely tough, a point from any of those would be a massive bonus.
* Henderson - awful distribution again.
* Williams - where was Aurier?
* Toffolo - never going to cope with Traore.
* Kouyate - Mangala gives us time on the ball.
* Johnson - completely out of form. He looked like he’d miss.
We have a goalkeeper who stops us from releasing the ball quickly, too many CBs to keep happy, poor wingbacks (never mind an absence of fullbacks entirely), an uncreative and ponderous midfield, no options on the wing (that are in form) and no one to score the goals needed.
I didn’t think the rest were that bad.
