If the pianting was protected by a glass screen, then I'm happy.
But I do not remember any such screens in the London National gallery the last time I was there.
They didn't even have such a protection for Velazquez's Venus (my favourite painting) which was attacked with a razor by a suffragette in the early 1900's.

I can see now that it has a big crack in the middle. Disgraceful that someone would do that to a painting

Director of the Rijksmuseum in the Netherlands was a bit peed off and asking himself that if they want to make a statement, why not glue themselves to Max Verstappen's car he has a point, and it perfectly touches on the ridiculous of the actions by these muppets.

Neither do irresponsible protests that are acts of vandalism. And I cannot understand why anti-oil protesters react against sunflowers. As well as providing us with oil they are great for nature providing insects and small mammals with food.
