Poch would be exciting for them but is he ruthless enough? i mean that villa squad have seen 2 managers sacked now and theyve spent a lot on it.

Villa is a good job for someone not quite at the top level I'd say.

They could well go the foreign relatively unknownroute but part of me would like to see Ole back in management and proving he's not hopeless. I think he could be a decent manager at that level. Similar to Moyes.

Poch would be a great appointment for them. Surely he can do better. Ole would be banter let’s hope he gets it

Maybe Villa is a good job for Poch, they have a bit of money and you’d think potential to be a lot better than they have been in recent years. He can get to work on what he has and improving players which has always been his strength. Off the back of that he may get his reputation back.

Maybe Villa’s players just aren’t that good.

Well they spent majority of it under Smith, reigned it in under Gerrard, considering they got 100m for Grealish too...

Michael Beale was the main reason behind Rangers' Gerrard success... Beale went on to be the QPR Mgr. (who today turned down Wolves)

Maybe he'll ome in to steady the ship when the next manager flops.

Should have stayed at Rangers to try to add to the 1 trophy he achieved in the 3 seasons he was there.
