how bad was abada last night btw.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Dreadful - hes got a limit to what he can do -
I actually think he doesnt really get the game at times
Great at ghosting in to the back post, great work rate, great stats -
terrible at beating a man with the ball if he doesnt have pace over him or and i dont think ive seen him do anything inventive with the ball - he severly lacks ideas
actual footage of Mooy running back last night

Yeah its a strange day when Gingers making the most sense out of everyone
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Get fwcked
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That reputation haunting you again
imagine bringing on Mooy to try and win a game
he'd of been better bringing on McCarthy or Abildgaard and pushing MOR further forward
the last 20-25 mins of games we;ve been so poor when he's made these changes
look devoid of ideas towards the end of the game last night
he doesn't have any ideas mate.
he has one way of playing and thats that, it either works or it doesn't.
there no amendments to be made, i don't think he's ever made that triple sub and i've thought it was a big game changer.

This is his first ever venture into CL group territory so to me he’s allowed to make mistakes and as you say hopefully learn. But to expect him to change game plan with what staff he has part ways through a 6 game mini competition against Europe’s elite is unrealistic.
========
i think for me i'm looking back at last season as well, it was a new squad and they were settling and that was fine, they had to get used to the gameplan.
after the leverkusen game i said it must be some buzz for good teams to preparefor a game against us:
"right lads, wait till you see where their full backs end up" - the wings are totally exposed mate. Thats two campaigns in a row we've setup the same way he needs to recognise we gift gifted players far too much space at that level.
If we don't have players capable to switching between attacking and defensive tactics then thats quite sad tbh
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think we’ve established the reasons as to why we don’t have enough players at this level. Missing McGregor and Jota didn’t exactly help our cause. Imagine Shakhtar without Mydrik (sp)?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If he had been playing for us and they took any of our players in a swap then I'm 100% sure we'd have won both games.
if abada played against us he would have a great time.
all that space out on the wing.
dream for pacey players.

I wouldn't give ange credit for that.
Berni was having an absolute mare and even Gio would have hooked him.
Taylor scoring got us out of jail. It was an obvious change to make.
Still pisssing rain down on our players I see

he did bring on Haska and Abada as well who helped sway the game in our favour Imo
that was one that where it did work
He still made the changes.
see tbh if you are thinking of what left back to start at tynecastle you would choose taylor everytime.
think Forrest and Maeda will probably start on Sunday either side of Kyogo....

not if youre trying to preserve his workload to avoid injury you wouldnt
also the game before that Bernarbei was excellent
its a change he made which helped
changes should be made at home matches imo mate.

That’s fine if it’s a home game before Europe. Sometimes we don’t have that luxury.
We’ve got a decent squad, but not fantastic. He’s having to juggle with what he’s got. I don’t like so many changes between games, but it’s a necessary evil at times.

Folk have short memories of the 8 players out with hammies last xmas.
I think you rotate regularly rather than 4 or 5 changes at once then no?
personally i prefer to rotate in the cup games and at home. doing it away to st mirren i find troublesome.
