The world has become one big rip off

It isn't cheap, But Sony have packed it with tech, and It actually offers a lot for the money. the performance, experience it will offer. It compares very well with far more expensive VR offerings. So in VR terms it is value for money.

But I understand for many it will be too much of an indulgence.

But

Totally. Have you seen the crispy slickensides in the deep tundras of Sicily?

Looks seriously impressive, can’t wait to give it a try.

Have to say though, as nice as they might look there’s a lot of naff games on that list.

Remember what you see in these videos is very different in VR.

Depends on the player and the game. Some will cope better than others. But you can gain your VR legs if you take it slow.

Yes some will have to take their time gaining their VR legs. Others it won't bother them at all. For me I had to ease myself into it. don't rush it is the key.

Well I finally got an email inviting me to pre order PSVR2 . So expecting delivery somewhere between 22nd and 28th of Feb.

Will post my thoughts when it arrives

Nice one Amiga look forward to your write up.

Any particular games pre ordered for its launch too?

No games, just the VR unit. It wasn't my email that Sony responded to, but I got my daughter to register too, and she got the Pre order email. So she has ordered it for me.

I will definitely be getting Resident Evil, and I do know some of the PSVR 1 titles are getting free upgrades. So hopefully some of my old games will work. I'll see what's available at launch.
