City Arsenal Liverpool and then Newcastle or spurs
Joint meanest defence in the league and goals coming from all over the place, it’s a good mix
Newcastle has a top manager, as he proved at Bournemouth.

'Have' , it's weekend, we lost, sorrows to be drowned.
I know the owners only murder journalists and people for being gay but would it not be more entertaining if they started murdering players of rival teams? Like pay some people to assisinate them during the match while they're through on goal? Would create excitement and competitiveness that other leagues could only dream of. Could do mid game terror attacks. Controversial I know but can't argue against it adding excitement and competitiveness to the league which is always a good thing.
Despite having all the money in the World their best players this season where there before the money came in.
Through coaching, better tactics and having a stronger squad the jokes that were Almiron and Joelinton are playing their best football ever.
Could do mid game terror attacks.

Could get Gary Neville to commentate on the terror attacks for lots of money to highlight the problem
They won’t sustain this imo.

I not so sure
This is such an unpredictable season with that bloody world cup
I do expect them to invest again in January so I wouldn't put it past them
I doubt the want the WC break to come really but no Europe could help them. Squad depth isn't great atm but they could add a couple in Jan.

Really sinister that you are suggesting that they plan on blowing up Europe during the World Cup. I agree it would help them whilst the world cup is on but do you not think that it is going too far? I do agree that it would add entertainment that other leagues could only dream of. Something that would split opinion, but there's no doubting that it's good for the game.
Newcastle could definitely make top 4 this year. They will probably have a bad run at some point though and everyone will say a season too soon again.
1st and 2nd place look locked to me. The rest is very much wide open.
Nothing is locked at all. The World Cup will mess some teams up.
A team has never had a start like Arsenals and not won the league so for them to not make the top two with City would be a pretty big shock really.

We have never had a World Cup in the winter either.
Even without the World Cup factor, I still wouldn’t be all that surprised if Arsenal fell away a bit. I didn’t think they’d even get top four before the season started. That’s not to say they will fall way, or to disrespect them in any way, but they haven’t got a great deal of squad depth or experience of title challenges etc. I hope they can stay the course with City though. Given that we’re not winning it, I’d rather them than anyone else at the moment.

Only one team in PL history haven't gone on to win the league in Arsenal's position. Ironically that was Newcastle. I don't think they will win it either but they will get 2nd now unless they implode and their group looks a strong one and unlikely to do that.
And City are obviously not finishing outside the top 2.
Whatever happens Im pretty sure Barcodes will finish above United

Ronaldo especially. Both stopgaps. Both need replacing for this years model.
