I doubt there's anyone that's willing to pay that amount for a football club, Chelsea being an anomaly due to the sanctions.
It's definitely more a move to bring in new investors to generate capital or profits for FSG or both
Got to remember the starting point of both teams when the respective managers took over though. Our squad was terrible.

It's just a basic truth though really. Net spend should only really be a measure (if used at all) for clubs who don't have the gigantic revenues the big boys have.
