I think you will see a few Leeds “kids” starting this one. Geldarht up top with Gnonto, Greenwood and Summerville pulling the strings. Maybe Ayling back at right back and Firpo at left back.
Nice to have a cup run but Spurs on Saturday is far more important.
Wouldn't be surprised to see Klich start either. Maybe give Hjelde a run out now he's back from injury.
Shame that despite a month break coming up Leeds appear to be preparing for an under-strength side.
Was hoping we would go strong and try and progress to the last 16 but looks like it couldn’t a mixture of fringe and kids
"Fortunately, despite their league suspensions, Diego Costa and Nelson Semedo are eligible to play."
You sure about that Gem?
I think the Carabao Cup game will count as a suspended game for Costa and Semedo
Lopetegui's first game in charge of Wolves is scheduled to be Everton away on Boxing Day, the first Premier League fixture after the World Cup.
But whoever goes through from Wednesday's Carabao Cup game will play the next round in week commencing December 19th

I read this
So, every league and every cup will be treated completely separately meaning that if you are sent off in a league match the suspension would only apply in league matches and you would still be able to play in cup matches.
Whereas I should have read this
Suspensions following a Red Card are applied across both league and cup competitions
Tactical advice. Buy some xmas presents from Amazon at the end of November and take out a free one month trial of Amazon Prime. That will then give you coverage of the Everton away game. Just remember to cancel when the month is up

I can see our wafer thin squad losing this one as well. Confidence is completely shot at the moment. Difficult to see us getting anything against Arsenal either.
Misery.
My guess would be
Sarkic,
Jonny, Collins, Kilman, Bueno
Traore, Nunes, Ronan
Adama, Guedes, RAN
Davis suggesting he's going easy with Adama, so can see him on the bench for the Leeds game.

Maybe
Guedes, Hwang, RAN then
Difficult to know where to go with team selection with this one. With three games in a week be good to rest a few. But be good to get the boost of a result before the break, and it’s difficult to see us winning on Saturday against a team top of the league.
Mosquera played right back in pre season and might be worth trying him there. It would be good to see Ronan get a game. And be good to see Hwang not get one. I think Ait Nouri will play be it in attack or defence. If it’s defence I’d like to see Chem Campbell get a chance.
Sarkic
Mosquera, Collins, Toti, Ait Nouri
Nunes, Traore, Ronan
Guedes, Adama, Campbell
I hope we load up with the kids, that's our best team tbh.
Meslier
Ayling Llorente Hjelde Firpo
Greenwood Gyabi Klich
Gnonto Gelhardt Harrison
I'm expecting something like this. Maybe give Harrison or Gnonto 45 mins.
Would have expected Bamford to have started if he's fit.
Defence looks a worry so he may also play Koch or Cooper
Given the break is two games away it would be nice to go strong in this one and I would argue we might be better served going stronger in this one than the Arsenal one if we had to choose. Unlikely we get anything from Arsenal but we have a real chance of progressing in this one.
The last match of this round of the Carabao Cup is Man Utd v Villa and the draw for the next round will take place immediately after that game
Talk that Pedro Neto may be ready to make a comeback to playing sooner than expected, possibly after the World Cup break

Outwood,
Might as well not bother turning up with that midfield. Perm two from Adams, Roca, and Greenwood.
The defence is not looking too good, but after Saturday's shambolic performance, Llorente, Firpo, Hjelde, and my pet collie, Leo, all deserve a look in. Also, I would expect at least 45 minutes from Bamford if he is still breathing. Finally, good opportunity to put Joseph and Perkins on the bench?
Yes I think Perkins will feature, maybe in the second half. I'd play Bamford if he's fit but he was injured on Saturday so not sure if he's available. If he is I'd start Bamford and Gelhardt together and play Greenwood with Klich in midfield and maybe bring Gyabi on in the second half.
Hjelde just back from injury so not sure if he'll start. Klich played well in the last tie so I'd be surprised if he wasn't starting
Nunes missed the game against Brighton on Saturday with a shoulder injury but the club expect him to be fit for the two games this week
