Barely noticed Hodge to be honest.

Really like the look of Boubacar Traore by the way, I reckon we hav e agem right there. Must start every week now.

Not a thriller but nice to see us win and what a fabulous goal to settle it.

Leeds young team played some neat stuff but after dominating the first ten minutes they rarely looked like scoring. We took the game to them more as the game went on and probably just deserved it by the end.

Sarkic made a couple of good early saves but can’t say he filled me with confidence at times. Defensively we looked pretty comfortable. Jonny a bit better till he went off injured. Ait Nouri made some good runs forward without any end product. Neves outstanding again and Hodge and Ronan both worked hard and had some good moments. Hwang did ok to be fair against this young opposition and there were more good signs from Guedes who is starting to look the part. Adama also had some good moments but his was an in and out performance. Best of the subs was Boubacar and there were a couple of impressive pieces from Lembikisa at the end.

A win is good for confidence in any competition and we can now look forward to Thursdays draw and to an extra game before Xmas

Thought we were going to get battered after the first five minutes or so, a couple of decent sabres from Sarkic and a couple which he dealt with but could've done so in a neater fashion. After that he barely had a shot to save though and the defence for the most part held firm against the young Leeds lads.

Thought our passing was poor at times especially the easy stuff for which there is little excuse. Jonny maybe the worst culprit but Ronan, Hodge and RAN gave it away to easily at least once a piece.

That said I was quite impressed with Hodge, Adama saw far too little of the ball and Ronan was bright at times. Bouba livened things up quite a lot though and took his goal really well.

Looks like Jonny could be out again for a while looked like he tweaked something whilst pulling off his best bit of footwork for some time. Can anyone play right back on Saturday?

Lembikisa is technically the next in line but we could see Adama there as well I guess and maybe Mosquera has a chance or RAN switching sides.

So in short, no idea.

What was Karl Henry doing there last night? Heard his name coming across the PA a couple of times at HT.

Karl is an ambassador nowadays for the Wolves Foundation who do work for local charities including the homeless

Violent conduct, as was Costa’s red, are given a 3 game ban
