That was a good game to watch. Pity we couldn't pinch a goal but Al in all a good result

Pleased with that result and dogged performance. We could have won it and probably shaded it overall. Pompey pretty average really and we kept them at bay fairly easily. Highlight - McG's swivel and shot onto the bar. Would have taken a point beforehand.

Compared to Ipswich away we have improved grreatly as a unit. Reckon we are headed in the right direction.

You're right, I should be more supportive of Scouse, he's only doing his best.

Injuries, injuries. If we weren't on a decent run we would be questioning Warne's "methods" a bit more, but it is what it is as the wise man said. NML out for a month or so by the sound of it is a blow. Barkhuizen back softens it a bit. Knight and Davies probably back fro the Sheff Wednesday match and maybe Roberts if it's not too serious. Hopefully Cash is OK.

If Warne sticks with a three centre halves we might see Rooney, Davies and Cashin with Smith and Fozzy as the wing-backs. I think Rooney could really benefit from having Curtis alongside him. Two in midfield might see Collins, Barkhuizen and Dobbin up front or if Knight came into the midfield we sacrifice the width and play Didzy with Collins.

Have we discontinued home games for the season?

Marketing decision Cat. Allowing folk in the provinces and rarely visited backwaters to witness the incredible brand of footy that is Derby.
