That Irish guy Process needs to humble himself. I remember Ireland in the 90s and they played awful football at the WC 1990.
We have played scintillating football in 1986 and were the first African country to qualify from the group stages but were knocked out by a lucky Germany in the 1/8 final. In 1994 and 1998 we outplayed all our opponents but didn't qualify from the group stages. Ask those Scottish fans.
In 2018 we were better than Portugal and Spain but we lost and drew. The WC isn't about entertainment but winning.

Not the point though is it? I was saying from a neutrals perspective. I'd happily see Ireland park the bus to get to the knockouts of a major tournament. I wasn't having a go at Morocco for playing to their strengths. They deserve plenty of praise.

This way of playing goes against our traditional style. We always have played possession based football with technical players very good in tight spaces. This coach has changed this as he was appointed in August and the preparation time was too short. I was a bit disappointed with the tactics at first as it goes against our football DNA but the results have changed my thinking. We need to mix it a bit for the next WC tournament.

100%. As I said I wasn't having a go at Morocco at all.
My argument is that while it's great to see them get this far, as a neutral my anticipation for these games is not as high as it would have been if say Portugal and Brazil had gotten through.

Agree, especially as you have two feet so can at least spread the damage, take it turns between each foot.

A bit pathetic that England fans are supporting Morocco just because they were the last team to knock Scotland out of the World Cup. Concentrate on your own team.
You could support Argentina, they haven't knocked you out since 1998.
