If the PL started on the 14th January then City would find themselves in a relegation fight. They’ve been lucky they had some form earlier on in the season.

It makes sense for the rule to be applied such that ‘interference’ is the offside player making opposition players change their movement/actions. Ie in that situation Rashford should barely react rather than following ball, at some point even shielding it

That bruno goal lmao, rashford is offside and stands between a city player and the ball and chases after it. Two clear interferences with play. maybe he's not offside according to the rules but they are beyond broken.
